The pan's think pressure cast alluminum construction provides for perfect uniform heat distribution with no hot spots. It has a flat base for use on all cooktop surfaces, and with the ergonomically designed handle, can withstand temperatures up to 500F degrees, making is useable for baking! It is dishwasher safe and offers a limited lifetime warranty.
